Biology essays

Biology essays are usually meant to evaluate syntesis of the concepts which have been covered in the syllabus. The questions usually expect elaborate answers from the learner to demonstrate the level of understanding of the concepts.

The essay questions are evaluated in biology paper 2 of the structured questions. Question 7 and 8 of the paper are set out of 20 marks. The questions are designed for the learner to select one of the questions.
