Membership plans and portals

Tusomesasa Enterprises online platform provides for a person to become a member by creating an account on the platform. An account can be created by anyone aged eighteen (18) years and above. To create a new account, one needs a valid and functional email address. The email address can only be used to run one account.

The platform uses electronic messaging as a method of communication. Therefore, your email should be always active in order to stay updated.

Becoming a member of our online platform helps access better services and personalised experience on our platform. Our portals include:

• General premium users platform helps one to be able to access the personalised services and enhance better access. To join, a user is allowed to access users portal and the process initiated by submitting your email. The account is created for free. In case the user was referred by a friend, Kshs 50 is refunded back to the user upon purchase of the first premium package and Kshs 50 is paid as a reward to the user who referred the user.
• Teachers portal - helps the teachers access specialised services that are related to the teaching and learning process. The following benefits are attached to the teacher account:
  • As a teacher, we provide you an opportunity to be hired as a subject expert on our platform and get paid when you execute some functions on the platform.
  • A teacher can upload resources for sale to other users.
  • Post topical questions.
  • Post tutorials which act as reference materials during the teaching and learning processes.
  • Get 10% discount on all the puchases you make
  • Get paid 10% of the amount paid for purchase of a premium package by a user you referred.
  • Set examinations using our examination tool. The examination is prepared withing a few minutes by completing simple steps.
  • Get topical questions for revision with your students. The questions are provided with marking schemes to guide you as you use the papers.

  To access the teacher portal, the following conditions are required to be met:

  • You must have an active premium user account. The teacher details shall be added to the user account already created.
  • Must be a registered teacher approved to teach in Kenya.
  • Must submit an application for considerarion at our teacher portal and wait for an approval of the same before accessing the portal.
  • After approval, the teacher shall make the first login and update the teacher profile.
• Client portal - designed for customers who make purchases at our shops and do not an account on the platform. They are allowed to use this portal to access their orders, receipts and invoices. The email used to make the purchase shall be used to access the portal.
  When the client creates a user account, the orders made earlier shall be moved to the user account and accessed from the user account.
