Tusomesasa Enterprises online platform herein referred to as system, is an online program designed to provide access to learning resources in Kenya and to the Kenyan children.

The property and any linked websites and domains such as https://tusomesasa.co.ke is an intellectual property of the Tusomesasa Enterprises and shall remain as such.

The access and use of our platform is based on consent from the user. Therefore we require that persons accessing the platform MUST be 18 years and above.

In case the above age limit is not met, parental supervision is highly advised to ensure that the underage individuals are safe.

 

We are committed to ensure that we keep in touch with you as a client as much as possible. This is done through our communication channels.

Our policy is a guideline to regulate our interaction with the users of our services. For the purpose of this policy, we shall refer to our users as "clients".

  1. Premium users - this group of users access our platform via https://users.tusomesasa.co.ke. Any additional policy requirements for the specific portal are indicated on the portal and communicated immediately a user is logged in.
  2. Teacher portal - this portal is dedicated solely to our beloved teachers in the republic of Kenya. The portal shall be accessed through: https://teacher.tusomesasa.co.ke. This portal shall give an opportunity to the teacher to enhance their careers.
  3. Clients portal - all customers without user accounts on the platform shall be allowed to access the clients portal at https://clients.tusomesasa.co.ke. The portal can only be accessed if you have made a purchase at any of our shops or through our sales agents.The portal provides the following services:
     - printing invoices
     - printing receipts
  4. Staff portal - dedicated to staff members. They are used to manage the activities on the platform. 

All the portals above are subject to this policy guidelines.

The following information might be collected as you interact with our online platform at https://tusomesasa.co.ke or any of our portals:

  1. Personal information - this includes but not limited to your name, email address, mobile phone number, occupation and gender. These details help us set up your user account and profile and for communication purposes.
  2. Other information - these may include your comments on our tutorials at https://tusomesasa.co.ke/tutorials. This enables you to give feedback about our products, goods and services.Correspondence and emails - email communication is the main channel of communication to our clients and as such, we shall collect some information about the client.

You will be at liberty to change the information about you on our platform. However, in case of changes to your personal identity details, we shall iniate the change after you personally place a request to do so. The changes made shall be confirmed by you before taking effect. 

Personal information that requires our help to change are:

  2. Your mobile phone number. We allow you to set it once. This ensures safety of your account.
  3. Your first and last name.

We reserve the right to make changes on this policy as it may deem necessary. Any changes made shall be communicated via your personal email.
